Description
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working.


Responsibilities:


  • Periodic Capex & R&M analysis & reviews
  • Production of KPIs and financial reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Control account ownership
  • Fixed asset maintenance
  • Development project spend analysis
  • Liaising with Project Managed & Quantity Surveyors as required
  • Control account ownership
  • Project System maintenance
  • P&L Reviews
  • Assisting with the internal VAT review and compliance
  • Interrogating VAT transactions and highlighting any errors so they can be fixed at source

To be successful, you will:

  • Be part AAT qualified
  • Competent Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of at least one major ERP or integrated accounting system
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to business change
  • Meticulous approach with an attention to detail
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers
