The role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to achieving outstanding results in the fast-growing frozen pizza division.

As the sales and operations coordinator, your mission is to support the Relevant sales team with administrative and reporting duties, streamlining day to day sales processes across accounts and functions, acting as an additional day to day contact between other departments/customers for the business.

Adding value through smart analysis and looking for ways to improve organisation and communication both internally and externally to the highest of standards.


  • Completion of retailer new line forms
  • Coordination of quarterly price file checks and submission by account manager to credit control
  • Collating data to track online picture of success monthly.
  • Running monthly pre and post promotional evaluation reports for account managers to review
  • Working with the account manager to make changes in Exceedra, identifying ways to improve forecast accuracy and support account managers with forecast review.
  • Acting as a substitute for holiday cover within the sales team for IMAGE & Sharepoint
  • Raising of PO's for the sales team
  • Providing support at internal and external meetings
  • Attendance to weekly supply chain alignment meeting, CAM, sales meetings
  • Support where relevant and attend FRM, Forecast review and customer meetings
  • Adhoc tasks where required to support the team
  • Commercial role in a FMCG environment (1 year minimum).
  • Thorough understanding customer management
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office) and highly numerate.
