Parking Manager
(Cruise Operations)

Purpose:
This role has two key components.

Manage
ABParking, a B2C business in totality (c.70%). The primary purpose is to lead operational delivery and commercial growth of the Cruise Parking business, while maintaining compliance with GDPR and relevant payment regulation regimes (DD, credit cards etc).

Duty Cruise Management (30%). The Primary purpose is to be responsible for managing all aspects associated with cruise calls at the respective terminals within the Port of Southampton.
Accountabilities:
- Establish and deliver the
ABParking Strategy for the 5 YP and beyond, including review of
ABParking customer journey. - Responsible for the facilitation of safe, effective and efficient cruise calls, including planning and delivery of cruise operations.
- Analyse and optimise allocation of available space to scheduled cruises & reoptimise allocation in response to take up.
- Analyse and actively manage pricing for cruise parking bookings with reference to market pricing, seasonality and take up of spaces for scheduled cruises etc.
- Lead the
ABParking team, including line management. Build on skills and coaching for high performance, and as required review and propose appropriate workforce plans to ensure resilient delivery of
ABParking. - Delivery of team processes for effective complaint and review management to inform business decisions.
- Lead identification, assessment, proposal and development of new
ABParking opportunities and projects to grow EBITDA. - Liaison with cruise customers and relevant stakeholders to ensure all information surrounding cruise call and
ABParking requirements is received within a timely manner, with any anomalies planned for accordingly with the information distributed as required. - Promote a successful Health & Safety culture, striving towards the company's Beyond Zero behavioural safety ambitions and acting as a role model for this, always ensuring compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental policies and procedures

- Experience of building strong relationships both internally and externally to the organisation to deliver business growth.
- Maintain an understanding of confidentiality and the sensitive nature of information with an awareness of required discretion.
- Full current driving licence
