**CARERS NEEDED URGENTLY

£12. 84 an hour Paid straight into your bank account by smart pay North Somerset Council.

Hour's negotiable.


This position is to look after an elderly gentleman in his own home who has Dementia, Health, and mobility issues.


  • You will be expected to keep notes for evidence for any social or health professional involvement.

Duties:


  • All personal care,
  • Phone calls Examples: Medequip, district nurse,
  • Shopping list
  • Support with medication
  • Notify family any concerns around health.
  • Notify family when medication is low so family can order.
  • Notify family any breakages or repairs needed.
  • Housework, washing, meals.
  • Sometimes asked to name clothes, and pack clothes.
  • To support access to the community
  • Flexible and proactive approach.
  • Documentation
