Part Time Administrator:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday pm inclusive of a 1 hour break)


An award-winning Construction Consultancy situated on Bumpers Farm, Chippenham, are looking for an administrator to join their team on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Take phone calls (and accurately taking notes to action after the call)
  • Place orders with suppliers
  • Type all paperwork, and save to shared drives
  • Using spreadsheets to track deliveries, spend, invoices etc.
  • Filing any printed paperwork

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent with IT (good typing speed required)
  • Confident with Word and Excel
  • GCSEs as a minimum qualification
  • 1+ years office experience
  • Must be able to commute to Bumpers Farm, Chippenham

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 5 months


Salary:
£8.60-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
