THE COMPANY:
Our client is a major commercial furniture dealer and outfitter, working with the world's best known companies.

Through their global partner network of 300+ leading furniture brands, they create inspiring work spaces that transform the way that people work.

With offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Luxembourg and Frankfurt, they provide logístical and storage services to support commercial furniture projects.

Growing fast, they want to hire a Head of Marketing to establish the function and support and enable their growth journey.


THE ROLE:

The new Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining and delivering the marketing strategy to help the business grow its brand and drive business growth across Europe.

Working with its six offices and the commercial teams, they will shape and direct how the business grows its brand and increases awareness.

They will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Reporting into the SLT, this is a key role in the business, suited to someone able to flex across strategy and hands on activities.


Responsbilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategy
  • Developing programmes and datadriven campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales demand
  • Working on multiple and simultaneous campaigns that require strategic thinking and high speed tactical execution
  • Building strong relationships with account teams to support their goals
  • Managing social media accounts, creating compelling new content to drive engagement
  • Identifying and securing sponsorships, award and speaking opportunities, event attendance for experts within the business
  • Influencing and advising stakeholders.

YOU:
If you have a track record of delivering interesting marketing activities, a strong B2B marketing and BD skill set, and a commercial approach, this could be the Head of Marketing role for you


You will also need:

  • Experience focused on brand impact, influencing and driving international growth
  • Experience of measuring marketing and sales success, setting metrics and building a plan to achieve them
  • A broad marketing skill set including content development, demand generation, website, events, on and offline across all channels
  • To be able to work as the sole marketer, with some admin and agency support
  • To be a proficient multitasker, able to work on quick turnarounds and managing projects to time
  • To be comfortable owning strategy from creation to delivery.
