Mood Media are seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of EMEA & UK payroll operations.

You will work closely with the EMEA Payroll Manager and payroll providers to manage and oversee the monthly payrolls as well as the accurate payment of salaries.

This role could be based in the UK, Netherlands, Romania or Hungary with hybrid (or, upon agreement, remote) working. Due to the nature of the role speaking at least one other language (preferably French) would be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing of the Dutch, German, Belgian, French & UK payrolls.
  • Administer and audit monthly payroll and declarations made by payroll providers.
  • Ensure all payroll processes are kept up to date and are compliant with national laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with HR and internal partners to ensure processing accuracy and data integrity.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reporting.
  • Monitor inbound payroll queries and address these accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Payroll Manager on internal projects.
  • Ensure to adhere to all company policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Adhoc tasks the business requires to support the payroll and HR functions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
  • Knowledge of country legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel
  • VLOOKUP and pivot table knowledge essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English with additional language (preferably French).
  • Proven capability to manage key relationships.
  • Experience of managing outsourced payrolls (ideally with ADP Celergo).
