Are you an experienced customer service individual looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Nottinghamshire are looking to hire a customer sales support executive to join their business and provide exceptional customer serviceto their existing and prospective customers.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Possess a positive can do attitude
- Highly organised
- Ability to negotiate
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Within this position, you'll be:
- Managing customer orders
- Monitoring and updating customer on their orders
- Dealing with all commercial customer enquiries
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing new customer accounts
- Developing internal and external relationships
- Communicating effectively and supporting various teams
Salary is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum
Working hours are Monday - Friday
