Are you an experienced customer service individual looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Nottinghamshire are looking to hire a customer sales support executive to join their business and provide exceptional customer serviceto their existing and prospective customers.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Possess a positive can do attitude
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Within this position, you'll be:


  • Managing customer orders
  • Monitoring and updating customer on their orders
  • Dealing with all commercial customer enquiries
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Managing new customer accounts
  • Developing internal and external relationships
  • Communicating effectively and supporting various teams
**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday
