What you'll do

As a Supplier Specialist in the SDS Support Hub your key area of focus is the on-boarding, process management and continuous improvement of our key delivery suppliers.

This includes, the development of relationships, ways of working, training and attending service reviews.

You will join a dynamic team with a mixture of delivery, product, IT and automation knowledge playing a critical role in enabling world class delivery for our customers.

Day to day you can expect to be working collaboratively with teams inside and outside of your function to deliver a completely aligned supplier and Vodafone delivery experience.

Your objectives will range from on-boarding of an entirely new supplier through to managing a get-well plan for an existing supplier (including our internal networks department).

Who you are

Background and knowledge of telecommunication service and delivery teams and processes.
Supplier/Partner and/or delivery management preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Role model of team behaviours with a can do attitude
Excellent communication skills and experience liasing with stakeholders of all levels
