The Three Bears Day Nursery is a family owned and independent setting catering for children from birth to 4 years.

We operate from our purpose built setting with fantastic facilities including a large enclosed play area and onsite parking.

Our Setting operates across 4 Room with each room designed and equipped specifically for the age of the child.

Each Room has its own Room Leader and/or Room Senior who support the Management Team.


We follow the EYFS and use online learning journals to track children's development and build our fantastic partnerships with parents.

We have a clear passion and vision for the progression and development of our children. Due to increasing numbers we are looking to offer an opportunity to join our established team.

We are looking for highly creative, talented Nursery Practitioners with a passion for childcare and a drive for developing a team at our brand new nursery in Walton.

If you have proven leadership experience, a genuine desire to be the best you can be and can tick all of the boxes we are looking for then we would love to hear from you


Have you got.

  • NVQ
    Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent
  • Experience and training in caring for babies and toddlers or Pre-School aged children
  • Paediatric First Aid
  • Experience of effectively managing, motivating and leading or being part of a team.
  • Understanding of requirements related to EYFS Statutory Framework and Ofsted, highlighting changes in practice required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to cope and prioritise conflicting demands and make decisions effectively.

£10.50 per hour
