Sci-Tech have the opportunity for a Sample Registration Assistant to join their team on a, permanent basis based in Craven Arms.

Responsibilities:

The registration of samples in an accurate and timely manner including liaising with customers for sample or testing queries.
To assist with creating worksheets for samples which have been booked in for testing and for putting them into the correct department before finishing at the end of the working day.
To be responsible for consumable requests from customers, to be sent out the same day when required.
To be responsible for ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained and areas are clean and organised
To deal with the management and direction of enquiries from both existing and potential customers.
To assist with answering of phone calls.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Must be able to work effectively and collaborate within own team and other sections.
Must take initiative and have the ability to conduct handson work.
Strong communication skills
Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
Ability to display efficiency when working with highvolume turnover of work in a busy environmen
