Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Management Coordinator to join our London office.

The primary objective of this role is to assist in managing event operations both in the UK and internationally, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining efficient processes.

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and grow within the role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of delegate accommodation and VIP services for events.
  • Liaise with local and international companies to organize accommodation requirements.
  • Build client and hotel partner relationships.
  • Prepare quotations for clients and negotiate rates with suppliers and hotels to ensure costeffectiveness.
  • Manage the processing and registration of hotel reservations.
  • Create and maintain internal event websites.
  • Yield and inventory management.
  • Oversee event accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and statistics on event performance.
  • Provide onsite support and presence at conferences to address any operational matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism Studies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additional IT skills are advantageous.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Good geographical knowledge, particularly of London.
  • Must possess a valid UK fulltime work permit.

  • This is a fulltime position based in London.
  • The role may require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally.
