Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Management Coordinator to join our London office.
The primary objective of this role is to assist in managing event operations both in the UK and internationally, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining efficient processes.
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and grow within the role.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of delegate accommodation and VIP services for events.
- Liaise with local and international companies to organize accommodation requirements.
- Build client and hotel partner relationships.
- Prepare quotations for clients and negotiate rates with suppliers and hotels to ensure costeffectiveness.
- Manage the processing and registration of hotel reservations.
- Create and maintain internal event websites.
- Yield and inventory management.
- Oversee event accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate comprehensive reports and statistics on event performance.
- Provide onsite support and presence at conferences to address any operational matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism Studies.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additional IT skills are advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Detailoriented and highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Financial acumen.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Good geographical knowledge, particularly of London.
- Must possess a valid UK fulltime work permit.
Additional Information:
- This is a fulltime position based in London.
- The role may require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally.
