Job Role; Accounts Payable - temp to perm

Location; Manchester City Centre


With my Client - a lomg established Retail / Leisure Group I am looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temp to perm basis.


Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working as part of a small / happy and committed AP team this role will be offered on a temp to perm basis.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT;
- £12,00 hr - £13,00 hr PLUS HOLIDAY PAY

  • Flexible start and finish times
  • On site Coffee abnd Food shops at discounted rates
  • Role offered on a temp to perm basis

THE ROLE OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT;

  • Daily Code / Batch and Post Invoices
  • Assist with Query Management and Resolution
  • Assist with Payment Run
  • Assist with Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • Work with the Team to prepare Month End
WE ARE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO CANDIDATES NOT SHORTLISTED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - temp to perm role.


Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
