Salary £35-38K dependent on experience (Graduate £27K)

AmSafe Bridport has a great opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our high performing Airframes business unit at our head office in Bridport Dorset.

AmSafe is a worldwide market leader for cargo restraints and protection systems in aviation and defence; we design, develop & manufacture world-class engineered têxtile solutions for the safety & securement needs of the global aerospace and defence industries.

Working with major aircraft manufacturers, our products include airframe safety systems, aircraft safety equipment, cargo restraint solutions and RPG protection.

We have manufacturing, operational and service facilities in the UK, North America and Sri Lanka.

The successful applicant will responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives.

Planning the promotion of company products and brand awareness to facilitate growth, overseeing all marketing activities including the overall outreach strategy.

Advise business units on marketing strategy using market research and analysis. Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, organising trade events and creating promotional content.

This role would suit a highly ambitious and driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function, develop their skills and knowledge and ultimately to become a part of the AmSafe succession plan and progress their career.

The role will be office based in Bridport, Dorset, requiring four days per week in the office and will offer the opportunity for extensive business travel.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role and a CIM or Business/Marketing qualification is desirable, although a recent graduate, looking to start their career in marketing, would be considered.

Training and development will be available and the company benefits from a supportive and values based culture led by the senior team.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
