Up to £38k DOE | Remote | IT Support for a Managed IT Support Provider
Ambitious MSP (Managed Service Provider) looking to recruit 2nd Line support team members. Remote role with office travel once a month to spend time with team and colleagues.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers (including Hyper-V or equivalent), MicrosoftWindows Desktops, Office365, Backup Software, Antivirus software and experience working with Firewalls.


Tech Support - 2nd Line Responsibilities include: -

  • 2nd Line support for Windows Desktops, Laptops, Hardware and Software, plus servers
  • Support of Microsoft Exchange and Office 36
  • SLAbased technical support calls

Tech Support - 2nd Line Requirements include: -

  • Troubleshooting
  • MS Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, Microsoft Windows 7,8,10
  • Knowledge of server hardware
  • HP and Dell
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL Certificates and DNS records

Tech Support - 2nd Line Benefits:
