Crème is a New York inspired dessert shop, and we are currently seeking a Team Member to join our team at Crème Notting Hill on a part-time basis.

With everything baked, blended and brewed daily on site, the role involves baking our giant cookies, serving ice cream and making artisan coffee.


Responsibilities:


  • Shape, bake and serve our cookies.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and hot drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow all company recipes and standards to ensure consistency and highquality.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
  • Interact with customers to build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and answer questions about our menu offerings.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills
