About the role
Your mission should you accept it is to help vulnerable people achieve their potential?


As an agency care/support worker, you will be supporting both adults, elderly and children with a variety of complex needs.

These include, learning disabilities, mental health, alcohol and drug misuse, brain injury and challenging behaviour. However, we will only pair you with suitably matched providers based on your experience and desired opportunities.

What vulnerable people need from you

  • Assisting with
    personal care including helping to get in and out of bed, washing, showering, and dressing.
  • Assist with
    daily routines.
  • Attending doctors' appointments, collection of medication and
    guidance throughout.
  • Taking a
    vulnerable person food shopping, clothes shopping, attending events or local community groups.
  • Helping with preparation of meals and assisting around the home with
    washing, cleaning and / or ironing.
  • Providing companionship. Being
    a friend and somebody that a vulnerable person can rely on.
