The Job Role


We are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Specialist to work 37.5 hours per week in our fast-paced maintenance department based in Scarborough.


Core areas of the role are:

  • Building relationships with contractors who can deliver on your projects
  • Tracking and ensuring completion of all jobs in a timely manner
  • Obtaining quotes for work
  • Verifying completed work is of satisfactory standard
  • Managing all tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Interaction with Landlord & tenants
  • Processing invoices for payment
