Contract: 6 month FTC, Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary:
£26,277 to £28,096 per annum
pro rata (inclusive of London Weighting)

The Role

This exciting and multifaceted role will include providing support and expertise in the areas of customer service, data management, and general team support.

If successful, the main duties of your role will be to:

Provide outstanding service to the members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues they may have and building positive relationships with them
Maintain member data ensuring it's accurate and up to date at all times
Investigate issues relating to member data processing, analysing data sets to recommend appropriate solutions and implement them
Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve the highest quality of member data, reducing the amount of customer issues and complaints and securing the best possible customer experience
This is a varied role which covers a range of duties hence we are looking for an effective, diligent multitasker with excellent customer service, communication and data analysis skills who can build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Please note that this role will initially have a hybrid working pattern, based at our London office (London SE1) with an expectation to attend the London office 3 days per week and from home the other days. The role will also require occasional weekendwork (approx. 34 times per year).
