Description

I'm working with a well-regarded housing association to help them find an Assistant Project Surveyor to join the team on an interim contract.

This is an initial 3-month contract with the view to extend and pays a competitive daily rate.


The Assistant Project Surveyor will work with Asset Services to ensure the maintenance, servicing and repair works for a number of residential properties in the North-West area.

Project management, including the quality and compliance standards of works,is an aspect of this role. The Assistant Project Surveyor will also undertake pre and post contract validation surveys.

The Assistant Project Surveyor will work for the housing association's north-west division, so should be located in the area. Flexible working patterns, such as hybrid working, are available for the Assistant Project Surveyor.


Previous experience in the social housing space is necessary for this role, as is an understanding of project management methodologies, and experience of contract management.

While qualifications such as HNS or NEBOSH are beneficial but not required.
