The Company
We are assisting our client, to find a bookkeeper for their growing business, due to an increasing level of transactions.
The business in question is involved in the sale and purchase of motor vehicles with some 100+ sales per month.
Your Role
The role will be part time.
You will be carrying out general bookkeeping duties mainly maintaining the clients Xero software (recording purchases and sales of vehicles, reconciling the bank account and cash controls, submitting the VAT return, processing payroll entries, preparing stock control spreadsheets etc).
The business is rapidly expanding and so our client may require assistance in other areas (such as analysing sales data to spot trends etc).
Our client is happy for the applicant to work from home and work flexible hours, provided the software entries are updated on a regular basis.
Salary is competitive, and dependent on experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in industry or practice
- Proficient in Xero (essential)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, detail oriented
