Group Project Services are looking to take on 5 Sales and Marketing Trainees, they are looking for individuals who are self motivated and have the desire to progress as this role offers a clear progression track.

They are looking to expand their team to help with their growth goals for this year.

Sales and Marketing Trainee initial responsibilities

As this is a trainee role the responsibilities or the role will change as you progress, some of the initial responsibilities involve;

• Assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business
• Maintain high level of product and service knowledge
• Being a proud and passionate ambassador for our clients
• Master report building
• Ability to handle objections with the upmost professionalism.
• Initial focus visiting potential new customers at their residence to create your own sales opportunities.

With the training provided for this position and the opportunity to attend networking events and workshops to advance your skillset.

This position is great for those looking to fast track their progression with the opportunity to manage your own team within 6-12 months.

Required skills and qualifications

• Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
• Ability to build relationships with ease

• Comfortable working in a team and independently

Working hours and Benefits

Full time

• Monday-Friday 10am7pm

Part time

• 3 days of work between Monday-Saturday, hours10am7pm.
