Business area Wind is looking after the development, construction and operation of wind power onshore and offshore as well as other non-hydro renewable activities like solar and batteries.

We oversee the maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability.

You will be part of the IMS & Process Governance Management Team and be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System for Business Area Wind.


The role is focused on establishing good system governance and facilitating the organisation to ensure the IMS is operated, maintained and updated in a controlled way.

The focus is on good governance, data-driven decision-making, and robust quality assurance.


You will lead the IMS Operations team and work closely with the compliance officer and IMS development team to ensure that the Wind organisation is complying with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements related to IMS.

The report is to the Director of IMS & Process Governance within the Business Area Wind.

As IMS O&G Lead, you will take on a number of key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the BA Wind Integrated Management System Governance Framework
  • Ensure the IMS Governance Framework is consistent with BA Wind Management of Change procedures
  • Establish robust quality assurance procedures for Integrated Managment Systems
  • Lead the IMS Operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective operation of the IMS
  • Ensure that the updates and changes to the IMS are effectively planned and risk assessed
  • Work closely with the compliance officer to identify and address compliance issues related to IMS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities related to IMS changes
  • Establish IMS system health metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure that the IMS technology platform functions effectively
  • Develop and deliver IMS training programs
  • Provide coaching and support to internal stakeholders

Location:


The team members are located at our offices in the Netherlands, the UK, Denmark, Sweden and Germany thus the position is flexible within those locations.

Additionally, we expect you to have the following capabilities:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering or Business Administration
- +5 years of proven track record in managing and implementing IMS frameworks from a larger international company preferably within the renewables industry
- +3 years of team lead experience

  • Indepth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO27001, ISO 45001)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • A strong focus on good governance, decisionmaking, and robust quality assurance
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and willingness for some business travelling within northwest Europe is required
