About Hartwell House & Spa, a Pride of Britain hotel of the National Trust with a 2 Rosette Restaurant and 4 Red Stars. Catering for Weddings, Meetings, Events and Private Dining. We offer attractive working conditions, career progression and live-in.

As a senior member of the Restaurant team you will ideally have proven experience of working in a fine dining restaurant with a good knowledge of wines.

You will be committed to constantly providing the highest standard of service.

Responsibilities:

- be able to take responsibility within the restaurant service
- ensure a smooth, efficient and professional service to all our guests
- maintain standards of appearance: restaurant and personal appearance
- have full knowledge of food and beverage menus (with training)
- ensure pre/post service tasks are completed to the highest standard

Skills:

- proven experience in a similar environment
- ability to remain calm and professional at all times
- excellent time management abilities
- fully conversant with allergen legislation and health and hygiene standards

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,100.00-£24,500.00 per year
