Description
Vibe Recruit have an immediate requirement for Production Operative for our well-established client based in Baglan.


The holder will be responsible for key tasks in the administration of Quality Processes, mainly routine Document Control and Change Control tasks, but also involvement in other Quality Assurance functions that support company operations.

Experience in a multifunctional administration role and general all-round administration skills required. Food, medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing background is an advantage.

KEY TASK #1:
By following defined procedures, supervise and carry out the Document Control Process:

  • Register and process requests for new or updated Standard Operating Procedures, forms, reference tables, component specifications and all other process-related documents.
  • Supervise document approvals to a conclusion, following up with responsible stakeholders as necessary to facilitate process though reminders and communications.
  • Issue into QMS of Standard Operating Procedures, forms and all other processrelated documents.
  • Routine issue of Product related documentation, including specifications, CofA templates and shipper labels.
  • Send out reminders to document stakeholders on timebound Document Control tasks, including reviews for approval and periodical annual or three yearly reviews.

KEY TASK #2:
Fulfil all key administrative tasks within the NPI Brief, Change Control and BOM Control processes:

  • Critically review all NPI Brief forms, CCn (Change Control Requests) forms and BOM Change Requests submitted, and promptly expedite the processing of such forms.
  • Log and issue all new CCns, including BOM Change Requests, for review, approval and completion.
  • File and make available for review NPI Brief forms, filing of any supplementary NPI documentation.
  • Input or update any BOMs in line with the agreed changes and maintain control of stock codes and product definitions / documents to ensure customer receives the required product.
  • Follow any other direction from Quality staff to expedite NPI Briefs, CCns and BOM Change Requests, and maintain the relevant databases and be able to track status.

Also:

  • Record and file all Nonconformance updates submitted for review to Quality.
  • Formally close Nonconformances within Quality system.
  • Create and forward Training Packs for process/document training, including Induction Training.
  • Filing of all Quality Systems records, including documents, CCns, training records and Internal/External Audits.

Salary:
£25,916.30 per year
