Base Location:
Perth or Glasgow

Salary:
£31,339 - £35,892 pro rata + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible Working options available

What is the Role?
SSEN Transmission is currently recruiting for a Customer Information Officer to join our Stakeholder Engagement Team.

The key duties & responsibilities will be: Data input and the management of system information, processes and procedures to support the development of a new database system.

Continuously monitoring the operation of the system for quality assurance.
Active system admin for all users across the business.
Provide the first line of support for Tractivity users, investigating any issues and escalating to our thirdparty supplier when required.
Support the development of user guides and support assets by documenting how key processes in Tractivity should be performed.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new database systems.
Exceptional organisation skills and good attention to detail.

Interviews
Interviews will be held on the 17th and 18th of August.
