The Role

  • This firm's specialist Professional Practices Group is the only team within any law firm in the UK which focuses entirely on the advising of professional services sector, operating as part of the Firm's Corporate and Commercial Division.
  • Clients include leading UK and international law firms, accountancy practices, real estate firms, financial services and insurance businesses and hedge funds, as well as architects, actuaries, patent and trademark attorneys and consultancy businesses.
  • You will act as a trusted adviser on the whole range of issues facing clients, including mergers and acquisitions, profitsharing structures, disputes, financing, and distressed situations, as well as drafting partnership and LLP agreements and other constitutional documents and acting on regulatory and disciplinary issues.
  • The team have advised on some of the most significant professional firm deals in the last decade, and regularly advise on complex international structuring issues.

Requirements:


  • You will be a lawyer with upto 2 years PQE with experience in commercial and corporate matters
  • Have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work, are ambitious and confident to deliver at the highest standard.
  • You will be details focussed, selfmotivated and proactive, and confident in building enduring relationships with clients that are based on trust and highquality service delivery.
