iSupply Group are looking for Romanian speaking Customer Care Representatives to start on a permanent basis for a rapidly growing banking company based Manchester.


The Job

  • Hybrid working
  • Office hours run Monday to Friday
  • Shifts include working hours of 09:00 17:00 and 10:00 18:00
  • Helping customers with various daytoday queries
  • Ensuring customers are helped with guidance solutions

The Pay

  • The company offer an annual salary of £22,500.
  • You have the opportunity to get monthly bonuses and annual salary increases depending on targets met

Requirements Experience:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • A friendly, patient, and positive approach to customers and work
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Computer literate learns quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Flexible cando attitude
  • MUST be able to speak Romanian and English
