Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Tewkesbury.


We have a fantastic opportunity to become a help desk/ control room advisor for a multinational, industry leading security firm.

You will be a vital member of a friendly, experienced team in the control room for one of the largest security contracts within the UK


Responsibilities:


  • Producing and amending access cards
  • Supporting customers through handling of calls
  • Creating and administration work orders
  • Handling of enquiries and requests
  • Point of contact for all outofhours support
  • Manage site access systems and alarms, then escalating any faults if needed.

Skills and Knowlege:


  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good customer service experience
  • Selfmotivated and confident
  • A high standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
