We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Tewkesbury.
We have a fantastic opportunity to become a help desk/ control room advisor for a multinational, industry leading security firm.
Responsibilities:
- Producing and amending access cards
- Supporting customers through handling of calls
- Creating and administration work orders
- Handling of enquiries and requests
- Point of contact for all outofhours support
- Manage site access systems and alarms, then escalating any faults if needed.
Skills and Knowlege:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good customer service experience
- Selfmotivated and confident
- A high standard of computer literacy
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
