As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.

Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

The UK Core Delivery team is hiring a Lead Consultant.

As a Lead Consultant, you will guide internal and external project teams through workflow and system design recommendations in complex client environments and manage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve service line and project strategic vision.

You will create strategic plans with clients to obtain value achievement and promote workflow optimization across service lines.

You will need to act as an advisor in complex sales processes to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours.

You will be responsible for driving associate growth and development via proactive support and coaching of internal team members and driving organizational initiatives.


In this role, you must seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.

You must be able to delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow-up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks.

Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.

You will lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team and create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability, and recognize accomplishments.

Basic qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience plus;
  • An additional 6 year's additional experience or higher education, including;
  • 3 years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other clientfacing or HCIT solution work experience

Preferred experience:


  • Experience with Millennium Core solution

Expectations:


  • Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
