Hudson Security Services is a family business, looking to recruit two Door Supervisor to join our team to cover Friday and Saturday evenings.

The venue is in Stafford, please check you can travel to the area before applying.


Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, the Door Supervisor will have a key responsibility of maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees at the Venue.


Job Details

  • Patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, providing a customerfriendly, reassuring, professional security presence and visible security contact for customers and staff.
  • Following think 25 when checking customers entering the venue.
  • Conducting customer searches in line with company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service and deter antisocial behaviour and criminal activities.
  • Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
  • Ensuring the venue is compliant with all Covid19 regulations.
  • This role will be paid weekly in arrears via venue on receipt of invoice

Key Skills / Experience

  • You will need door supervision or close protection SIA license
  • Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
- both oral and written

  • Shift work flexibility according to operational needs
  • Ability to write reports
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Weekends only

Licence/Certification:

  • Sia Door Supervisors Licence (required)
