    Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant for an immediate start at a school in Hayling Island. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment and work collaboratively with the school team to ensure each student's success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide dedicated support to students with learning challenges, including those with additional needs.
    • Help implement personalised education plans tailored to individual student needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to provide effective support.
    • Build positive relationships with students, enhancing their well-being and engagement.
    • Track and monitor student progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents when necessary.
    • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to work with students who have learning difficulties in one-on-one settings and small groups.
    • Ability to arrange educational activities based on student proficiency with assistance from teachers.
    • Right to work in the UK.
    • Development of social skills and assistance with individual needs.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience working with young individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
