This is a standout opportunity for Purchase Ledger Clerks to join a dynamic finance team, working for a growing business based in York.

The company is looking to expand on their finance team, needing an experienced Purchase Ledger to join the team.

  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring invoices are approved, whilst proactively reviewing the onhold invoices weekly
  • Liaise with admin and the other aspects of the finance department
  • Ensuring invoices are coded to the nominal ledger codes.
  • Proactively reviewing the onhold invoices weekly and chasing invoices for authorisation
  • Showing initiative to seek continual professional development through working closely with the management accounts team
  • Key communication skills with all members of the finance team, working towards group projects
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team whilst also handling a high volume of personal workload
