The company is looking to expand on their finance team, needing an experienced Purchase Ledger to join the team.- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring invoices are approved, whilst proactively reviewing the onhold invoices weekly
- Liaise with admin and the other aspects of the finance department
- Ensuring invoices are coded to the nominal ledger codes.
- Proactively reviewing the onhold invoices weekly and chasing invoices for authorisation
- Showing initiative to seek continual professional development through working closely with the management accounts team
- Key communication skills with all members of the finance team, working towards group projects
- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team whilst also handling a high volume of personal workload
