Doordeals are Predominantly an online retailer of Timber Doors. Established 18+ years we have grown to become a leading independent retailer in this field.

All sales leads are inbound. This job does not involve
ANY Cold calling. Your job will involve working within a small but dedicated team to help drive the business forward.

  • Creating quotations for customers. Following up on previous quotations, making sure the customers have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Processing orders. Liaising with customers to confirm orders. Gather additional information as necessary and keep them informed on the progress of orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Continue to build doordeals relationships with new & existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being patient, understanding, and friendly.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
