Responsible to: Head of Customer Services and Support
Campus: Belfast
Permanent/ Full Time

Job Purpose

  • The post holder is jointly responsible for the delivery of a frontline 1st level technical support service, delivery of accurate service information for our customer base and is routinely expected to meet and typically exceed their expectations. They will require a good knowledge of IT systems and business processes and have an understanding of the current computing technologies and platforms used throughout the University.
  • The post holder will work with significant autonomy and be attentive to trend analysis and user engagement associated with continual service improvement activity. The post holder will be expected to participate in an extended hours support model.
  • We intend to create a 12 month waiting list for same or similar roles within the University.
