Job Purpose
- Manage a significant and diverse portfolio of tax clients.
- Work directly with clients, supporting them with various compliance matters.
- Review tax returns and computations, delivering necessary risk management.
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, relaying technical information to clients in an easytounderstand way.
- Deliver sound knowledge of tax compliance obligations and legislation, keeping up to date with changes.
- Oversee junior staff, reviewing working and providing constructive mentorship.
- Become actively involved with the business development of the firm, promoting the business online and in person.?
- Work collaboratively with the wider firm, supporting with ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
- ATT or CTA qualified.
- Partqualified or QBE will also be considered.
- Previous tax experience in practice.
- Experience using tax software, including CCH.
- Sound technical understanding of tax matters and legislation.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Selfmotivated and highly organised.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
