Asset Service Delivery Administrator - Chatham, United Kingdom - mhs homes
Description
You'll need:
- Experience in dealing with contractors and planning of direct labour works
- Must be computer literate with proficient use of Mircosoft Office
- Understanding of H&S in a working environment and being able to identify risks
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to provide performance reports for KPI and SLA's for external contractors
- Maintain and update systems with accurate information
- The ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business, and with external stakeholders.
- Fantastic communication skills and enjoying working with people
