What we offer

Annual pay reviews and a discretionary bonus.

Experience working in an agency or internal recruitment role.

Key duties

:

Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Managing recruitment process, learning from challenges to develop professionally.
Sourcing talent via advertisements, social media marketing, LinkedIn, and agency partners.
Influencing decisions and creating compelling offers to secure top talent.
Understanding market challenges to improve processes, using data to map solutions.
Developing strategies to identify, attract and assess diverse talent for current and future opportunities.
Undertaking team projects and promoting the Talent Acquisition team internally.
