Here at LiveScore Group we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Lead/Head of to support our ambitious 2023 plans reporting directly to our COO.

Joining the team on an initial 12-month maternity contract with a view to possibly extend you will be eligible for our full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Group's delivery ecosystem to continuously improve a set of principles, processes, and techniques to facilitate effective Portfolio, Programme and Project Management.
  • Be accountable for endtoend delivery of strategic programmes as well as supporting the Group's growth strategy planning process including our Objective and Key Results (OKRS) Framework.
  • Lead the daytoday activities in the Programme Office, providing guidance on policies and processes, managing the programme management staff as well as reporting on the 2023 portfolio.
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programmes, ensuring the startup/initiation phases are effectively established.
  • Endtoend delivery (from startup to BAU handover) of strategic programmes including coordination and monitoring as well as reporting the status & producing all programme artefacts at a portfolio level plans, RAID logs, scenario analysis etc.
  • Own the Objective & Key Results framework, overseeing the scheduling of the OKR Playbook and become an internal expert on OKR knowledge ensuring everyone is aligned to the company's strategic roadmap.
  • Report to the Executive Board, Senior Leadership Team, and Programme Steering's on the delivery of the programme portfolio by regular status updates to all stakeholders. This will include facilitating communications and the running of programme board meetings.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • As a Senior Programme Manager/Head of in an international technology or gaming company.
  • Experience in coordinating Objective and Key Results Frameworks (e.g. Champion/Coach/Master role)
  • Leading and delivering medium to big (time & cost wise) and complex (several locations, several teams etc.) portfolio of projects and programmes with multiple dependencies.
  • In leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Focusing on the details whilst keeping the overall purpose and goals of the programme in mind. And you can juggle several different programmes/projects at once.
  • Taking ownership of and seeing through the resolution of impediments you'll need to talk to lots of people to figure out what's happening and know when it's right to escalate.
  • Combining technology with business thinking understanding the domain.
  • Presenting business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.
  • Practical experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and delivery management.
