About the Team

  • From firsttime coaches to the big names operating at prolevel, we provide the English game with a workforce that reflects and inspires everyone who plays the game. Our team designs and delivers the coaching pathway, and manages coaching badge qualifications, to raise the bar for our national game.

What will you be doing?

  • Contribute to the review of survey feedback and identification of areas of improvement for implementation.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the delivery of events.
  • Provide information on course operations and events KPI's to the Education Delivery Officer.
  • Insitu coordination of the delivery of FA Education courses.
  • Ensure the courses are delivered within agreed budgets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to course tutors and learners throughout the learner journey from precourse enquiry through to post course certification.
  • Develop positive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all.
  • Support other team members in the delivery of events when required.
  • Use the relevant IT systems to ensure all data is captured and planning milestones delivered.
  • Undertake project work as designated by the Education Delivery Officer.
  • Support the creation of an FAE Operating Manual to ensure minimum standards and clear consistent processes across FA Education.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and agile manner to support course delivery and events, which serve FAE Customers. Including evenings and weekend commitments.
  • Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.
  • As part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance.

  • Proficient skills in MS Office including Excel.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Beneficial to have:
  • Experience in a sporting organisation/association.
