    About the Role

    The Sales Director position is responsible for driving revenue growth and retaining a loyal client base. You will deliver value-driven services, solutions, and strategies that cater to our clients' needs, working closely with the Front Office team to align with the company's strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a sales pipeline from new and existing clients across the financial markets, leveraging your network and external partnerships to drive revenue growth.
    • Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts through cold-calling and other innovative methods, focusing on new potential clients.
    • Maintain regular follow-up calls and emails to progress potential clients through the sales process.
    • Create sales pitch documents and implement a well-defined pre- and post-sales process.
    • Collaborate with the Product team to share client feedback and inform product development roadmaps.
    • Represent the business at external events, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • A proven track record of sales experience within a SaaS trading system or FinTech business.
    • An understanding of the Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset market, with experience selling Crypto or Digital Asset solutions being a significant advantage.
    • A basic understanding of financial markets and trading products such as FX or Equities would be beneficial.
    • Strong entrepreneurial skills, with a natural ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Excellent networking and business development skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
    • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a dynamic and adaptable mindset.
