ROLE:
Credit Controller

£ per hour


Opportunity to temp in an established supportive team.

LOCATION:
Exeter


ROLE TYPE:
Temporary until the end of March


HOURS: 37.5 hours


START DATE:

ASAP

Role purpose:


  • First point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, and customers
  • Investigating queried invoices and negotiating payment plans
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of allocated balance sheet control accounts
  • Regularly review outstanding debts and recommend further action
  • Receive payments and accurately record their receipt
  • Produce and send customer statements and reminder letters
  • Has previous relevant experience
  • Awareness of confidentiality and data protection
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • IT literate, and experience using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
