Our client, a rapidly growing FM company based in Dartford, Kent, is recruiting a Projects Co-ordinator to facilitate and manage the administration and processes for refurbishment/ building/ M&E upgrade projects at client sites.


With a large and well established client base, the Projects Co-ordinator will take the initial project brief from the client, arrange for sub-contractors to quote for the works and facilitate/ liaise/ communicate between client and contractor at all stages from project award to delivery and completion.

An in depth knowledge of customer service, project and contract management is therefore essential.

We are looking for a 'hungry' individual to join this organically growing and diverse organisation. An ambitious person with strong administration and communication skills.

A salary of c£44k is offered with full package and plenty of potential.

Please note this position is office based in Dartford with occasional site visits required. It is not a hybrid role.
