Job Role
Administrative support to project teams on Depot and personnel ensuring the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. You will be handling a number of functions involved in the continued operations of projects, organisation and control of HSE Reviews, processing all invoices. Coordinate office activities.

Including but not limited to:

Timesheet approval for temporary staff
Weekly update of labour cost tracker and validation of invoice submissions prior to invoice payment by the Project Manager
Ensuring that the status of all service orders are accurately maintained within the company GSI system
Posting of labour to GSI / SES / Alista or other appropriate systems
Work arising service orders are generated on request, and checked for quality of information prior to closing order
Ensures data accuracy between systems and reality
Identifies issues with serialised components and seeks resolution
Dismantling and Reassembly of serialised components in GSI

Configuration Clerk/ Administrator / Data Inputter or similar for the following industries Rolling Stock/Special Purpose Machinery /Avionics (commercial)/ HVAC/ Process Engineering/ Production Plants/ PLC Controls/ Electricians (Commercial/Industrial) or similar

Qualifications:

Level 2 Literacy or equivalent
Level 2 Numeracy or equivalent
