Adele Carr Recruitment_ are ecstatic to be working with a new client based in Speke who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual looking to gain exposure and assist with different aspects of the company as well as grow internally.
The working hours are 8:30 - 17:30 and this is 100% office based
The Role
No two days would be the same in this role, however your duties may range between the below duties:
- Answering queries via the phone to both internal and external stakeholders
- Accurately matching and posting invoices
- Manage supplier statements and Relationships
- Completing Ad Hoc duties
- Ensuring contractor information is correct and accurate on the system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
