Adele Carr Recruitment_ are ecstatic to be working with a new client based in Speke who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.


This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual looking to gain exposure and assist with different aspects of the company as well as grow internally.

Our client is within the manufacturing industry so previous experience working alongside contractors would be beneficial

The working hours are 8:30 - 17:30 and this is 100% office based


The Role
No two days would be the same in this role, however your duties may range between the below duties:

  • Answering queries via the phone to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately matching and posting invoices
  • Manage supplier statements and Relationships
  • Completing Ad Hoc duties
  • Ensuring contractor information is correct and accurate on the system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
