We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance Officer to join our team. As a finance officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. This is a key role that requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization
• Provide support and guidance to the Managing Director, including direct working with other Solicitors and branch managers
• Manage the financial planning including forecasting and analysis
• Oversee financial accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Accounting team.
• Monitor and manage credit accounts
• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decisionmaking through financial analysis and insights
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to drive operational excellence

• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to collaborate with the leadership
• Indepth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Sound understanding of cost control measures to optimize profitability
• Proficiency in financial case management software or desirable working knowledge of Leap case management software or the ability to learn to use the Leap accounting system.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
