Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records, including filing
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including purchase ledger
  • PPE ordering, allocating and record keeping
  • Recording of training, inductions etc.
  • Enhancing the company profile on various social media platforms (Facebook, X, etc).

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of 'Farm Plan' is desirable. Ability to learn IT systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, including handling of post
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Salary:
£12.50 per hour
