Are you an amazing administrator? Are you able to use a range of databases? Are you proficient with Excel.

You might even have experience working in a paperless environment? If you have a background in Housing, this would be very advantageous.


This Housing Officer role requires you to work with Facebook, understand the importance of data protection, solve data discrepancies, have great attention to detail and happy to liaise with third party providers such as landlords and the local community.

You will also be involved with presentations to the public with varying sizes of audience during open days and events.

This Housing Officer position, with a strong emphasis on administration, is available right away, and based in Portsmouth. The role has standard hours and an early finish on Fridays. (There maybe the opportunity for overtime on the odd Saturday during events, paid at time and a half.)

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,285.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Portsmouth, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
