Cambridge, England

£40k - 55k per year + 2% bonus

Permanent

We deliver technology-enabled risk management and compliance solutions, via our market leading Consultancy, Information and Facilities Management businesses; William Martin Compliance, Barbour EHS and Elogbooks.

Note that the legislative content contained within the Barbour and Cedrec platforms is excluded from this role.

Key Activities

Working with development and product teams to understand new and existing developments
Creation of templates and layouts for documents which this role would not be directly responsible for creating
Creation of help content, online tutorials, knowledge bases and product documentation
Creation of new formats for help content (FAQs etc).
Advising teams on appropriate terminology and helping development teams avoid received wisdom on how items should be referred to
Creation of glossaries to help teams understand products and functions quicker.

Key Objectives

Significant improvement of content coverage
Improvement of current content format and delivery mediums
Simplification of terminology used within the organisation
