Position Overview:


Are you passionate about technology, sustainability, and making a difference? Join our vibrant team as an Inside Sales Representative and become an integral part of our mission to revolutionize the solar energy industry.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, promoting our solar inverter repair services, and facilitating the procurement of new and refurbished solar inverters.

You'll be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving growth in the UK market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, phone calling calling, and networking (online and offline).
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our repair services and the value of sustainable practices in the solar industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team (local and international sales team) to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or renewable energy sector (but not necessary).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented mindset with a passion for sustainability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comfortable with speaking on the phone.
